A LOT has happened since my last blog post! Here's a list of 12 things to give you a really quick recap of what has happened recently:
1. I went back to the track to continue licensing and so far I've gone about 235 mph!!!
2. The team and I went to Gainesville for the Gatornationals and also to Texas for the NHRA Spring Nationals. 3. I took the longest and most incredible vacation of my life. I went to England with my cousin and aunt and then the following week I went to Wyoming and Montana with my parents; we camped almost the entire time and I lived out of a suitcase for over a month!
4. The team attended many different events including the Melbourne Airshow. We had the privilege to attend a VIP Party where we fired up the FIT jet car in front of some pretty awesome people!
5. Work at the shop continues... We've been busy with giving tours, creating promotional videos, developing human factor related games, taking photos of Nitro, creating contests, posting on social media, making lesson plans, etc.
6. We are also building surfboards at the shop!
7. A STEM Girl's Camp visited Larsen Motorsports and the girls learned how to weld and apply science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to the racing industry.
8. The comic book, Blaze Re-Lit is out now! Visit AdventuresOfBlaze.com to order your copy of the first edition and pre-order the second edition today. We also had a huge birthday party/Blaze Re-Lit party at the shop where everyone dressed as their inner superhero.
9. I got the chance to ride in the singing truck with Chris and we sang to Taylor Swift about half of the ride home from Gainesville Raceway (He knew more words than I did to the T-Swift's songs)
10. LMS made it on the Melbourne Discovery Map.
11. A few days after I was back from vacation, the team flew to New Jersey for the NHRA Summer Nationals where I learned how to be a Crew Chief thanks to Mike and Brian. I had a blast crewing the car and getting to drive the Dodge truck down the track.
12. I am going to be Elaine's Crew Chief for the Florida Tech jet dragster at the Atlanta Night of Fire next week!! (AHHH)(I'm excited)

That's all for now!
